We appreciate your patience, and certainly communicated the delays as we received them from the manufacturer. The long wait times due to Covid-related manufacturing delays are a very unfortunate factor in many industries at this time world-wide. You left out that your order was refunded within minutes of your request. Thank you

Not pleased with the timeline they initially gave and then what actually happened. After three months (which we knew), we tried to get an update since it was suppose to be here by the end of that time. After calling multiple times-first time being forgotten (a staff took my message but no call back two weeks), leaving a voicemail, and calling multiple times we finally learn that the manufacturer pushed the timeline back another two months. This should have been communicated. Waiting five months just for them to start manufacturing a dresser is unreasonable. That doesnt include build time and shipping time! Only reason I gave a second star was because initial costumer service was exceptional when I asked questions about a piece of furniture and its mechanics.

Be careful with this companys questionable sales tactics!!! After waiting over 6 weeks, I received my low quality, third party items dented and damaged! The items came from a brand not listed on their brand list but rather a mall furniture store.. I wrote in since no one ever answers the phone, (probably should have been a sign when I tried to place the order.. ) none the less I expressed my dissatisfaction and concerns. The email I received was anything but good customer service, it was caddy and presumptuous. Loosely implying I cant afford better quality goods and it was my fault I chose a budget centered item.. (but is $300 for a tiny draw and shelf that is ikea quality but cost 5 times as much really budget friendly?) All said, the return policy states, I have to submit a series of pictures of the box, the damage item and then have to ship it back at my expense and after all that once they receive it, they will decide if a return issued! I should have bought from Etsy like I intended too! Give those real quality small business your money, not furniture brokers like this place!

We had spent quite some time trying to find new sofas and a rug for our new home without success. We saw an add for Hausful and decided to check them out - we found the perfect sofas and rug we were looking for and the price was right. Everything came as expected - delivery was no issue either - we highly recommend Hausful!!!

Hausful is the best furniture store in Charleston for modern, Scandinavian style accessories and furnishings. Moving here from the West Coast I was disappointed in the selection of furniture stores until I found Hausful! We just purchased a new ottoman for our place and it is perfect. The wool fabric is like felt and feels good underfoot, even when it's hot out. Becky is super awesome and helpful. Will be buying all my furniture here moving forward!
