At first this company seemed wonderful, I needed a window regulator replaced and they hands down beat all the competition with the price and were willing to come to my work and fix the regulator. Once arrived and after they began the work I was informed that they were not replacing my regulator but repairing it instead and did not have the right parts to finish the job. The following day they came to my house to finish the job but again did not have all the necessary pieces so I was asked if I could bring it into the shop another day which I happily created an appointment for. When I showed up at the autoshop the employees were confused as to why I was there and claimed I had no appointment, when I called the gentleman who I scheduled the appointment with, he made up a story about a family emergency rather than owning that they forgot to schedule my appointment. The following weekend I once again drove across the city to my appointment at 9am to find no one was at the shop until 920. My window is finally repaired, but the hassle was not worth the headache. A job that should have taken 2 hours spanned over a month. Be careful with what they promise as you might be paying for a repair rather than a replacement
