Hi Drew. Sorry for your frustration. Sometime we as barbers and stylist run behind on appointment with clients, our goal is always strive to keep the time as close to it as possible. (The reason why we have an appointment to begin with right?) it just always depends on if they are a new client with us or maybe wanting a new style. regardless, we should have acknowledged and greeted you when you came in the shop. I had a 12 pm appointment. Nobody acknowledged me or seemed to be in a rush to make sure I got a haircut in a reasonable time. I walked out after waiting 15 minutes. Definitely frustrating to make a hair appointment over the lunch hour and have my limited time wasted.
Just received an amazing haircut from owner Lydia. She takes such pride in her art and makes sure you look and feel like a million bucks every time you walk out of her salon. If youre looking for a great haircut at a great price, I would highly recommend taking a trip down to 230 barber salon. Truly the best in the business.
Were deeply sorry about your misunderstanding regarding your scheduled appointment, Graham. As we explained before you left, each barber, stylist, and manicurist has their own schedule; you got on a different barbers schedule than the one you thought. We hope youll try again. Skipped lunch and drove halfway across town for my appointment only to find that they screwed up their schedule. Edit: I booked my appointment the same way I have for the past year and a half, and I asked for my barber by name when I booked the appt. Blaming the customer for your screwup doesnt fix the problem and it absolutely doesnt make me want to ever come back.
