We appreciate you sharing your concerns, Mr. Sloan, and the opportunity to address them. The vendor in question did not send any invoices to CAMS during the time period you mention and, in order to be paid, he needed to provide us with a W-9 and insurance information. Our onboarding team as well as the community manager reached out to the vendor several times requesting this information and received no response. Further, the community manager spoke directly with the vendor to inform him no invoices had been received and provided him with instructions on how to submit invoices and other required forms to be setup in our system. CAMS made every effort to pay this vendor as quickly as possible, but without an invoice, W-9, and insurance information, we were unable to pay him until those items were provided. We regret any miscommunication that may have occurred surrounding this issue and wish you and your community the best going forward. Thank you.

Employee C. Taylor provided excellence customer service in getting us access to an old mailbox in the Cobblestone Park Community, by retiring a locksmith to change the bolt lock and issuing us a new key. She provided recommendations to access the mailbox, and when it didn't work, she had a plan "B" to ensure success in a timely manner. Thanks for a job well done! Thomas and Denise Powell

Literally the worst HOA. They drive around and send threatening letters saying the yard needs maintenance. When you call - no one will call you back. When you email- no one will email you back. The yard looks really nice so I was asking for clarification but no one will help. They just send another letter and attach fees. This has been going on for months.
