The actual place needs to be better signposted- a little difficult to find. Reception staff on 4/7/21 could have been a little more friendly - they have to remember some couples have been to the end of the earth for this baby and are very nervous. The lady on the phone who i originally booked with was great though! The sonographer was lovely and involved us both in the whole scan process. Printed pictures were lovely - I would just recommend that they come in a card or protective sleave as it was chucking it down the day we was there. The heartbeat bear is a beautiful touch - just a shame the recording is only 9 seconds long instead of 20 like it says on the bear. We love the pictures we took away with us and will treasure them but based on the whole experience they could have been more welcoming. I'd highly recommend Lollipop in Ashton for that!! They were wonderful from start to finish.

Hi Zach, We are so sorry to hear of this. Today we had extreme staff shortages due to COVID and so we had to use one of our Health Care Assistants as last minute emergency cover. Our Health Care Assistant stepped in to avoid us having to cancel the clinic all together; however, she has only received basic training. We are very sorry you feel let down, we usually pride our selves on our customer service and we are taking steps to avoid this in future. Take care and best wishes.

The receptionist is so rude and unwelcoming, its supposed to be a happy exciting day for couples but you have the most miserable, unprofessional person working at the desk, she asked whats your name so my partner told her but my partners second name is difficult for some people to spell so I started to spell it for her as she looked confused and she just told me to bare with her a minute which was fine but it was her tone of voice! then she asked us what gender reveal wed like, so Im trying to ask her questions about it and she rudely points at a list and says just look at this! (The list didnt explain anything other than prices) she couldnt have been more unhelpful if she tried! The people that was scanning my partner were lovely though really friendly and welcoming! Also we wanted to purchase a teddy bear with the heart beat in, ideally we would of wanted the bear to be the colour pink or blue but as we wanted to find out the gender at home - the receptionist just asked what colour bear would we like? As we didnt know the gender we had to choose a neutral colour colour options were grey or brown but surely the bear could have been pink or blue and put into a bag or something to hide the colour to us until we found out the gender? Was just quite disappointing as you are paying 20 for the teddy also for the key rings, they print pictures of the scan for you and when your at reception they ask you to chose which ones youd like for the key rings and we bought 4 key rings hoping theyd all be the same picture so all grandparents have the same one but when I chose the best one she was like no you have to chose 3 more you cant have the same one, but this wasnt explained until they already printed the pictures off! Such a disappointing place to go!

Lovely and welcoming staff! Very patient and warming service and absolutely loved every part of this experience. We went for the 4D Gender Reaveal Scan and they actually listened to everything I said and did exactly what I wanted in terms of the whole process. You guys were great

VR Baby Scans has really made my day and made the experience amazing! The receptionist was very welcoming and kind and the sonographer, I've got no words... she is brilliant at her job. Sent me 26 scan pictures to my email and didn't have to pay extra for them and she's really reassured me & made my day so thank you lots!! I will be coming back for the 4D Gender scan

Right where do i begin! THESE people are a fraudsters, they take your money, promise u one thing do another! Paid for a 4D scan which was suppose to include baby weight and measurements... before we paid our money the receptionist confirmed that the scan includes baby measurements and weight. When in with the snoggerpher, she couldnt answer any of my questions realting to baby and i was reminded its just 4d scan and then stated that they dont do measurements. This was very disappointing to hear as ive had a difficult pregnancy so wanted to know if baby was doing ok according to measurement..clearly we were missold a package, when challenged i was told its a miss print on the leaflets , i advised them that online said the same thing and that ive had a very difficult pregnancy and we booked this scan because we wanted to know weight and measurements. We were told that manger was at home and they couldn't ring her, ok so it was ok to inconvenience your customers but not a manager. After standing around for 40 minutes without any form of resolution and the company although taking responsibility and admitting they missold us the package, no resolution was reached. They full well know that we were missold a package and it was matter of principle to sort this out for us. We then managed to speak to someone over the phone who we thought was a manager but in fact was a doctor named Aziz who started talking about contacting marketing etc. We were not interested in who they were going to contact but sort out our complaint as we even showed the receptionist the website where it stated we would be getting measurements included with the scan. Dr aziz was very agrumentive in his approach and stated that the ladies at reception "are only receptionists and dont have the power for anything". He was rude and unprofessional. This compliant had become so prolonged to a point its taken us over 2hrs to try resolve with still no resolution in sight... a normal practice ,knowing there at fault would have refunded there customers straight away. This is an Incompetent company run by a bunch of amateurs, that are an utter disgrace. Very quick to take ur money but dont want to resolve any issues for you when they are in the wrong. My sister is booked with these amateurs, i will be sure to tell her to cancel and my brother was also thinking of booking... they dont respect there customers and are money grabbing fraudsters, avoid at all costs... Do NOT book ur precious moments with these guys, they offer u a package and once you paid they tell you theres been a miss print online and there leaflets Its a foreign company and they have no idea how to run a bussiness. Talking to them is like banging your head against a brick wall... i will be sure to tell my family and friends to stay away from this despicable, awful company!!!
