I ordered an arrangement online for my MIL. I picked a very simple rose arrangement that I thought would be easy to fulfill. From the color of the roses, to the greenery, to the box they arrived in not one thing was as pictured online. When I let the shop owner know what had happened I was given nothing but excuses as to what she had available at the time and that she did what she could with What she had. It is my opinion that there is a responsibility to the customer who is trusting what they order online (& pay heartily for) to deliver something as close as possible to what is advertised. If it is not possible or those materials are not available, it would not take long for them to reach out to their paying customer to find a suitable alternative solution.
Try to buy local..DO NOT BUY HERE!!! ordered online a certain color for a certain reason, marked no substitute! They substituted, the wrong color...a happy moment turned bad!! The color they sent represented Death! I will not buy or recommend this establishment to anyone!
I had a bad experience years ago (previous owner) and vowed I wouldn't use this company. Due to unforseen conditions, my favorite local florist is no longer in business. Skeptically I went to Delta Flowers. However, within a few minutes I was won over!! The current ownership is fantastic! Evelyn is awesome to work with! I went there to purchase flowers for 2 funerals, she made my horrible experience "fun".
I won't be back. We were going to use them for our wedding. It took a month to get a quote for our flowers. Once we finally did get the quote it contained all flowers my fiance specifically said she did not want. We then were supposed to get another quote and just got a follow up email the other day. 3 MONTHS LATER!!!!!!
