Sorry you feel that way we did everything we can to help with your current credit situation and provided excellent customer service. You applied for a 21000$ car with barely any money down and unfortunately when people don't pay their bills and destroy their credit the lenders want more money down . You were rude to our sales team cursed Matt out when he was just trying to help and we never mentioned Buy here Pay here in fact we were able to finance you with 1200-1600 down which is more than fair for someone with your issues . We thank you for your interest and hope you find what your looking for else where.

If I could give them 0 stars I would. Worst experience I ever had from a dealer. Went in knowing what I wanted and a pre approval. Car was $11,995 Matt came back to me and they the ONLY way I would be able to get approved was if I put $7,450 DOWN. Took my business elsewhere and was able to get into a more expensive car with less money down WITH the same finance company... ps Matt even advised that I would get a better deal at a buy here pay here lol.

Thank you for taking the time to leave a review unfortunately during this pandemic most businesses have days when they are understaffed Matt did hes best to accommodate you and record a video of the vehicle on hes phone but he also mentioned to you that our inventory has videos already attached to them on our website . Since you never actually did any business with us and did not have any issues please consider to modify this to at least a 3 star review. Thank you

Matt and his Father are horrible salesmen!!! They ignore your emails until you reach out to a Manager. And this kid Matt made a YouTube video of the vehicle I liked while aggressively opening doors, pushing buttons, and revving the engine!!! How childish and juvenile can you be? Avoid this place!!!
