Made an appoinment for a quote only on my day off and they texted a few minutes before the appt to reschedule for the following week the 2nd appt attemp and again another day wasted. Smh luckily found another company that was reliable and with amazing service and was 1/3 less than what this company charges on their site. Very flacky company with poor customer service don't recomend them at all. If you do to go with thos vompanu hope yoi don't receive this type of service.

Poor customer service and communication. I had to contact Andrew and Gabriel on three separate occasions just to get a quote. Their excuse was they thought the other had already handled it and then they had lost my information. Andrew called to give me the quote verbally and when I asked if he could email it to me he told me he would but, three weeks later, still nothing. If this is how they treat customers who are shopping them, I can't imagine how much less responsive they are once they have your money. Highly recommend avoiding them.

Needed a little place close to the Pima Campus for my few visits in the area. The place i found needed some work done. Some contact over there advised me this company.They built me one room and did some major floor remodeling also. The work was beautiful.They have been great for me and affordable, because i didnt have a huge budget. Even if i was in no rush, job was done ahead of schedule. Very conscientious. Good choice.

I HIGHLY recommend Settlers West, We worked with other builders in the past and Settlers West Is by far more professional and knowledgeable in what they do. Our home is in the final stages with no issues or changes needed so far, this is a totally custom home that my wife and I designed. Andrew and Gabe along with the team they have, communicate well with us whether its by Text, Email or phone. I want to thank them for what they have done for us. Just Dont After enduring SWHB for the past 18 months of my life, it is clear to me that the positive reviews are not written by actual customers. Save yourself a year and a half worth of stress and anxiety and, just dont. Let me begin by identifying the few positive things that I was able to come up with after this arduous experience. We had very little space to work in for the placement of our home and, SWHB placed the house perfectly. Robert was amazing. That poor man runs around and fixes all of the mistakes that the other inept, disrespectful trades break, ruin or do incorrectly the first time. He was always under pressure and always patient and kind. The only trades that had professionalism and respect for our home were the painters, Walter and Shawn and the HVAC company. SWHB will make MULTIPLE mistakes during the building process, their subs will ruin and damage each others work, SWHB will do their best to try and make it right. If you choose to work with this builder. Here are some things that you will need to know. Plan on 18 months to have your home completed. Plan on no schedule. Plan on horrible communication. Plan on Home Depot grade everything. Plan on seeing many things done twice. Plan on being on site daily to babysit the building of your new home. Plan on watching nothing happen at your home for weeks at a time. Plan on them not finishing your home on schedule. Plan on being able to advocate for the quality of your home. Plan on them not being able to fix everything that is done incorrectly or ruined by other trades. Plan on them not keeping their word, especially with one of the superintendents, he will NOT keep his word. Plan on finally giving up on the final details of your home, because every time a trade comes in to fix something, another thing gets broken in the process and after a year and a half of stress and anxiety you just want them to go away. Before COVID gets thrown into the mix as an excuse by the builder, let me be very clear that COVID had absolutely no impact on the completion of our house. By mid-March there was nothing left that would have been impacted by the supply chain to delay the completion of our home. It was a matter of trades attempting to complete/fix their jobs by that point. If you choose to move forward with this company. A few last thoughts. Demand an itemized list of standard fixture itemslighting, faucets, sinks etc., so you are able to decide if their standard items are acceptable to you. We did not ask for this and when our options were presented to us, we chose to pay out of pocket for most of our items as their standard was not in line with our custom homethis is obviously personal choice, but do be aware. Be sure to read their fine print regarding time lines, they will tell you a year but the clock does not start ticking the moment you sign the contract, again, our fault, but be aware. Should you choose this builder. I wish you good luck.
