They don't call to let you know if your reservation has been cancelled. The customer service reps at this location are very rude. The customer service reps via phone as well. I would not recommend them.

Me gusta porque son directos no tiene uno que andar trasbordando a otros camiones y los choferes son muy amables y respetosos.
