Muy mal el soporte de TSPLUS. solo pidieron información y nunca me ayudaron a solucionar el problema con su servicio. tardaron mas de un mes y medio en estar pidiendo LOGs, pantallas, actualizaciones y nunca me ayudaron a solventar el problema. | Very bad TSPLUS support. they only asked for information and never helped me to solve the problem with their service. It took more than a month and a half to ask for LOGs, screens, updates and they never helped me solve the problem.
Their TSPlus remote desktop software is amazing, however their Remote Work software is not. Its problematic, difficult, and logistically time consuming to install to say the least, with dropouts if anything like a screen saver kicks in, no way to remotely deploy the agent to multiple computers successfully, and no way for local users who do not have local admin rights to install the package either.
We have been using TSplus for quite some time already. Recently, we got into a complex situation related to printing locally to more than one printer, but with the help of TSplus support team, we were able to figure out a solution that worked perfectly OK. Thanks a million.
