Your compressor cover was received and you were told that there was a 2 week lead time on all T51R jobs, but proceeded to call each and every day asking for update on your compressor cover. As of today your compressor cover has been in our possession 5 business days as we were closed for the holidays, like most companies, so we could spend time with our families. You called for an update again the day after the holidays asking for update and you suggested we return your housing, which we did.

Boost labs lied to me, was not up front with me and has cost me several weeks delay in my project due to thier misleading sales Rep.. I ended up losing money to ship my product to them and back to myself because they cannot complete the job as they said they could in a expeditious manner. 3 weeks later they tell me that it will be at least another week before they can even look at my job.. thanks for wasting my money and time.

I ordered a turbo for my 3.5L Ecoboost on my F150 on Dec, 22, I tried to install it on Jan, 16. when I looked at the new turbo I realized the new one I got from Boost Lab was the wrong one. I ended up taking the truck to Ford and let them do the repair. When I called Boost Lab they were not going to do a return because the turbo was over 15 days old and "accounting would get onto them" So now I have a $730 paperweight.
