If given the chance we would absolutely appreciate another opportunity to change your mind about Beiler's Auto Repair and the service we provide. We understand that when you pay for a product or service the expectations are high and we pride ourselves on meeting those expectations day after day. We also understand how frustrating it can be when you feel that something hasn't gone quite right. Or that your concerns haven't been met in a way that brings satisfaction. When you returned with the missing lug nuts we were absolutely prepared to order in the correct lug nuts for your vehicle as they were not in stock. We also would have liked the opportunity to perform another inspection, free of charge, to make absolutely certain there would be no more issues. Unfortunately you were unable to stay with us at the time. Our service advisor took the further step, as you were short on time, of offering to pay for the proper lug nuts as a temporary fix if you were to purchase them yourself. Our goal still is to get your vehicle back in for a thorough reinspection. Mistakes should never happen. Unfortunately on very rare occasions they do. We sincerely regret that you were affected negatively, and that you left feeling as though we weren't concerned about your well-being or that of your family. I can assure you that's not the case. We also have families and people that are important to us, and can understand the emotion involved when thinking about their safety. I had gone to Beiler's back in January to have some work done on my breaks as well as some other maintenance completed. Besides paying more than I expected I had no issues at the time. Fast forward a few weeks and I started to noticed a thumping sound every time I made a left turn. At first I thought it was something sliding around in my trunk until I discovered a lug nut in my driveway that matched the ones on my car. After a brief check I saw three were missing from the right rear wheel and realized the mechanic who worked on my car never properly tightened the nuts down. I went to Beiler's to see if I can get new nuts installed to replace the two that were missing and the gentleman behind the desk stated with a good bit of an attitude that they will have to order them. He didn't even bother to apologize that because of the negligence of that auto shop my life and the passengers that rode with me were in danger.

Not impressed at all. They couldn't find out what was causing a noise when my car turns, but did take the time to recommend a lot of fluid flushes that weren't needed.

If you are looking for a place to take your vehicles where the staff are honest, will work with you to get the job done in a timely fashion, give you a loaner car if you are in need of one, and you will receive smiles instead of complaints then you will want to go here! They have been keeping our cars running safely for over 20 years now as we pass our older cars on to our driving teenagers YIKES!! Danny Beiler is AWESOME and he employees a great group of people!!

Ilya - I am so SORRY this happened. You saying " Not pleasant" is an understatement. Im thinking something more like "EEEeeewww!!" was in order. Good work and service. I do wish they would invest in plastic seat covers. The driver's seat was completely soaked in sweat after the tech took it for a test drive after alignment. Not pleasant
