Said we needed half of down payment to drive off lot. Down payment was $800. Then they said that we needed $500 down. THAT'S NOT HALF. We had $418 on us. They couldn't even work with that. Sucky business
We went in and purchased a SUV. We asked if anything was wrong with the Car. The sales person said no, nothing wrong. They just purchased the car from an auction. They then proceeded to sell us a warranty package incase something happens. Of course, we signed a contract stating once we paid and took it off the lot, there was nothing they could do with the car. 1 week into having the vehicle, our check Engine light comes on. We find out our 4th cylinder is misfiring. Id hope the warranty insurance would cover but of course, it does not. We pay 1300 out of pocket for further repairs. 2 weeks later, more problems arise. One mechanic says this and their mechanic says its that. We then find out this warranty wont cover any of the repairs(which we paid an additional amount for) (should have known) of course as we ask about our options, they throw it in our face about signing a contract. We fired back with the salesman said there was nothing wrong with it. The owner said that person should not have said that. Overall, its a shady business. I feel with my personal experience, theyre just a car lot buying cars for cheap and upselling for a profit. Im sure if we return the car, theyd sue us for the rest of their money. We bought 2006 Nissan Murano. Ive been telling everyone to avoid this place at all cost. We were desperate for a car and Im sure thats how they get their customers. Car is 7600. Totally not worth it as the repairs for the vehicle are costing us at least 5000.
