You left out the fact you were trying to get a technician here to work on it on the side at a discounted price, and only a week before this post did you ever contact one of our service advisors. Please do not include our shop in something you were getting done by one of your friends on the side outside of the actual business.

I dropped off a vehicle in the 3rd week of Feburary initially for a frame rail repair, and a front end refresh. I still haven't received an ETA of when my vehicle should be done. I've been beyond patient, and respectful and Donn upfront has been helpful in trying to get the situation sorted. I didnt even receive a printed quote until April 1st after initially being told it would be done by the end of March. Now entering the 3rd week of April and still no car after 8 weeks. I can't speak for everyone but personally my experience was disappointing given all of the great work that I've heard come out of this shop.

Took my 93 Lightning there I told them IT WASNT A FUEL PROBLEM $662.07 later truck still not fixed, then they said it was the rear pump, 2days later they said its the front pump and was trying to add $1200.00 to the bill told them NO thanks cause your guessing and trying to make me pay for your mistakes, took my truck to the DEALER $189.73 bad ground wire #2 lack of customer service, the owner was supposed to call me, he/she didn't, everyday some one was supposed to call they didn't but every time I walk in the door they say we was just about to call you, never again and I TOLL THEM WASNT A FUEL PROBLEM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I have been going to Custom Performance for the last 12 months I had installed a Smart Start these guys are the best in the Tri-County area they get you in and out you don't have to make an appointment just call ahead. Barbara will get you in and out quickly no headache no fuss! Definitely recommend them if you need to get a Smart Start installed calibrated or removed great service every time

Ive been bringing my 2012 Focus here for about 2 years I guess. Theyve replaced sensors and valves front shocks, oil change, coolant flush, trans flush, fuel injection cleaning etc. Ive always been very pleased with the service and prices here. They are honest, explain everything to you and answer any questions you have. Its so hard to find an honest mechanic and quality auto shop but these guys are awesome. You wont be disappointed.

They wanted to charge 250.00 for a mid-muffler delete (resonator). I got the job done for 160.00 just over the line in P.G. and it only took 30mins, they wanted me to leave the car.
