Horrible Dishonest Company. They are not issuing my Refund for $2200. Be aware of this company they will not give your refund and will charge restocking fee for not used or unopened box. I am planning to take them to the court if they don't resolve my refund-------
Thomas, Unfortunately, electronics have a chance to be defective. Our policy is to exchange the defective product with a working one, so we can get you into what you originally wanted. We're not doing it maliciously, we wish all products worked, it would save us some time as well. There's no way to know if a product is defective before installing it, so we don't blame you for that. However, our policy is to protect both parties and an exchange is the best way to go about that. Thank you!

Do not buy anything from this company. If you buy it and the product does not work out of the box they will not issue you a refund. They basically tell you in their returns policy that they dont accept open items which is fine but what if the problem never worked to begin with. Still cant return it. They will only issue a replacement product. Seems like they knowingly sell garbage products knowing once you open it to install it you can never get your money back. What a joke! Plenty of other companies out there that do a much better job Good news is that I used PayPal and they agreed that their rerun policy is a joke. Got all my money back. Had to fight for 3 weeks about it. But I think this is the icing on the cake. Check out their Better Business page too. Same issues all over place. 50 something complaints and issues not resolved. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!
Natasha S. definitely turned an inventory mixup into a 5 star experience. I ordered a replacement sub for my suburban and got confirmation by email and another customer service rep that I received the last sub in stock. After waiting two days, not seeing the order status change on my sub, and receiving another item I ordered separately, I called back and Natasha straightened everything out for me. She was very professional and seemed to be willing to take the extra steps to ensure a VIP experience. I was so pleased by her work ethic that I decided to give Sonic Electronix another chance and ordered another sub (even paid double the price of my original order)!

They do not offer any kind of wiring harness for my car whatsoever I spend alot of money on metra interfaces beatsonic was discontinued and they offer no alternative whatsoever, and refuse to process my refund according to my bank I've called for the refund and they are very dismissive and say it's been filed but my bank says nothing has been processed on the merchants end.
