Customer arrived 15 minutes late. He never mentioned he had a Groupon voucher in any of his emails, allowing me to give him the right information and procedures. The Groupon deal was for 16 to remove light scratches and touch in deeper scratches and stone chips, he was expecting me to drop everything there and then and do a full respray of his bumper. I believe he is the one with the attitude. Neither the less I told him our procedures of what we could do to improve his scuffed bumper I told him if he wanted a 100% repair he'd be looking at 144inc vat and could use his voucher against this, he opted for just the improvement only. I told him I couldn't fit him in today as I thought from his emails he wanted a quote. I have now booked him in for next Saturday at 11am to carry out this repair. But I'm now guessing the fact he's sending negative feedback on more than 1 site that he no longer wants to go ahead. Thank you for keeping me informed once again.

Taken a groupon voucher for car scratch repair and booked an appointment via email. Went there on time and showed him the groupon voucher. The next question I heard from the person was " You never mentioned that you have a groupon voucher. Do you think I am doing only groupon business here". I was shocked. I told him that the groupon voucher says that to show the voucher to the merchant and I di not know that I need to mention the voucher details over the phone. He said he is doing business for 17 years and this is how he works. I said you should tell the customers about your procedure. Its not fair that customer should know in and out of your business and book a service. Very arrogant. wont use again.

I went to the supermarket and I came back to find my car scratched without a noticed. Not sure who did this. I was very disappointed. Fortunately, found this mobile car body repair number and I called him straight away. Then he made an arrangement and completed his work within two days with very professional manner. He knows his job and did not let me down and is very friendly. Great value for money and I would highly recommend to other.

Was scheduled for a repair today however received a text this morning stating that due to bad weather could I take the car to the repair shop. I advised that due to work I couldn't and that there was a car port that would be suitable for the work if this was okay. The reply received was 'not really'. The only reason for choosing this company was due to them being mobile. It now seems that they couldn't be bothered coming out in the rain as this is the only explanation for not coming to my home address. Unfortunately I'll now have to find another company to do the work.
