Absolutely awful customer service, called up and didn't want to remotely help and hung up on me. They never sent my order and didn't tell me it was out of stock and did not begin issuing refund until I requested it. This was 10 days after the initial despatch notification. Then I was told an additional 5 days before the refund would be processed at which point I was hung up on.
