Having heard of a friends recent issues I thought Id add a review of my experience of a few years ago with this company. My sister and I were assisted by John on more than one occasion. His service was nothing short of excellent. My cousin and I were assisted by Angela. The service was a totally different experience. It was as if she was disinterested. My Deceased Aunty wore jewellery whilst in the chapel of rest which Angela guaranteed would be returned. The jewellery was apparently cremated. This could be seen as a touch dubious. No apology or compensation was offered. Disappointing.

Brilliant service John really looked after my parents with all their Requests and made things really easy to deal with. I wouldnt trust anyone else with looking after my parents. All the team went above and beyond.

When I dealt with JT Byrne the service was outstanding. The team were caring and considerate with nothing being too much trouble. Any queries I had were answered with confidence and compassion. I would not hesitate to recommend John and his staff.
