Bought a 2016 Kia Soul Base model for more than what it was worth. Car drives horribly. Bought the car in 2018. Have dropped more than $3,000 in my car. Still not driving how I would imagine it. Regret buying this car. They clearly just wanted a sale.

I have visited this location 3 times. Once to bring my friends 2021 Subaru in for tires, again to bring my roommates car in(that he purchased at this dealership) and again to purchase a vehicle for myself. Every single time I have been made to feel like I am only a nuisance and a bother. This dealership does not care about you or your needs. I took my business to Titus Will Chevy around the corner and they are absolutely fabulous. They were patient and made me feel like the most important person in the building. Maybe I just caught the employees on bad days but regardless if you are reading this be warned.
