I would never take anything to them to fix again. First I was told someone will give you a call when we are done three weeks went by and no call so I called to see what was going on then they tell me they fixed the problem but then it stopped working so they would try again and call me and no call nor was they able to fix the problem. I wouldn't recommend anyone take anything to them to fix they do bad business flat out.

Not a lot of relevant inventory. There's a bunch of odds and ends, but like other reviewers have said it's like a garage sale.

Went there to have them fix my son's Nintendo Switch. Paid the diagnostic fee and waited a couple weeks to be told that it's not fixable and that they would be happy to apply the diagnostic fee to another used Switch ordered through their supplier. I also had to pay another $140 on top of the $80 diagnostic. When the used switch came in, I went to pick it up and it was visibly damaged, scratched with a broken back plate. I asked about it and they said they would "ask if their supplier would be willing to do anything." Was also told they had already recycled our old switch so we couldn't even have that one back to possibly have it diagnosed by Nintendo themselves. After more time, the vendor apparently got back saying it had been sold to them as is and there was nothing they could do. We decided to deal with the visual defects as long as it worked. Well, we also discovered the switch did not work at all. Battery lasted less than 30 min and joycons did not charge and drifted so you couldn't move the character. We then were told they would try to fix that one. We brought it back in to them. 3 weeks later, we were told they changed the battery but there was nothing else they could do about the broken switch or joycons. We basically paid $220 to get a more broken switch and our entire summer wasted. We feel completely scammed and they won't even stand by their own printed return policy which should have covered this situation. Please do yourself a favor a don't use this place for anything. I will say, the guy working the desk was very nice and apologetic and I could tell that he was embarrassed by the situation and the service the owner was telling him to give us.
