Been ok with Harley for a while but I come into this dealership Fort Benning Harley Davidson. The Fort Benning should be stripped from this dealers name.. I come into the dealer hey, I have a flat tire and need a replacement. Well is your bike here? No. It's at my home. Well we can't just sale you a tire? Really? Since when? About 3 or 4 months ago. Our manager determined it's to much of a liability to just sale someone a tire Hmm all the tire shops. Vehicle and motorcycle dealers in this country. This was the first time I've ever heard such Trash. I go by several dealers . They don't have the tire I need in stock but all say go by Harley they should have it. And I tell them this story. They say "what"... I'll never do business here again. And most definitely report this to to the installation. Shame on you Fort Beening HD

I was told when purchasing a used bike from here that I would be able to bring it back in for trade on a bigger bike later on had it for over a year ready to traded it in and they won't even give me half of what I owe on the bike And would have to put up $4000 to get another used bike and monthly payments $450 I wasn't trying get new only something I could afford to injoy and in my price range my credit good payments are all good what's issue I love the harley but maybe it time to move on to another company for a bike if anything change I'll up date my review

It was awesome! Good folks, Good music from Damn Skippy, and great Bikes! I think my 9m0nth old granddaughter enjoyed it more than the grown-ups.

I find it ridiculous that this store can't figure out a name. They went with many different names. They finally got a good name with fort Benning, hd. Makes sense since they are so close to fort Benning and they should support the military. Went in today and found out they changed their name because fort Benning was named after a Confederate soldier and they don't want to offend anyone, so they changed it. I am offended that a Harley store which supports the military wouldn't be proud to have the military installation name. Personally I think it is a slap in the face of all military and I will NEVER shop there again. I hope they go out of business. Ridiculous that they were not proud to have a military installation name and support the military. Shame on you.
