Went to try and was very disappointed in Service and food. Service very slow and the chicken fried steak could not even cut or eat. Told waitress and she really didnt care. Got charged for the dinner. Looking at reviews Im not alone on Freds not being same place as it was downtown. I will not be back.

the burger is great and the beer is cold. they did not offer types of wine. they only had 1 white 1 rose and 1 red and it was 10.00$ per glass even during hh. you can go any place on camp bowie and get 5-6$ per glass on hh and a good make of wine. freds needs to get a decent wine list and reduce their price especially during hh. there are many wine drinkers on the west side. this would bring in quite a bit of business. please get some decent wine and more than 1 choice otherwise patrons will go to where there is good wine and food someplace else. you keep saying you are going to get more variety but nothing has changed since you opened and 10.00$ a glass at hh does not work

The new location is booming with business. With that said, be prepared to wait ! The burgers are still good , but the kitchen is not dialed in yet. We watched 2-3 tables come in and leave before our order was acknowledged.
