FRAUD! I subscribed to the app and desktop version of DecorMatters and was able to cancel the app subscription easily via Apple ID subscriptions. The desktop subscription however, doesnt have a user-facing cancellation feature. You have to contact support via email to request cancellation. I emailed support three times and received no reply, yet they continued to charge me monthly for A SUBSCRIPTION I COULD NOT CANCEL. I had to cancel my debit card and get a new one just to prevent DecorMatters from continuing to charge me for a subscription I had no way of canceling otherwise.

Agree with previous review - a complete HOAX! Entirely unable to cancel subscription, no matter how I tried via desktop or IOS. DO NOT subscribe - be warned! No response from emails I sent to the organisation on this, and their phone number goes straight to voicemail. BEWARE - do not subscribe! Have had to cancel credit card to stop future monthly payments going out. Someone is making a fortune on our misfortune!!!

I highly recommend that you use this app to try to design your home before actually buying furnitures. I used the furnitures I saw in the store to design my new home and I found it very useful.
