Bought my Honda jazz to Stephens engineering for them to repair a faulty automatic gearbox. Traveled 120 miles to take it to them given their good reviews. They got my car running like new and repaired the gearbox even a main dealer wouldn't touch. Well worth the travelling and very reasonable too. Can't rate these guys high enough.. They are genuine and honest people. Thank you very much!!

Bill and Jason and their long-standing team are experts with automatic transmissions - they are a ZF accredited service centre providing old-fashioned customer care, technical excellence and a determination to see the customer right. They conduct all of the repair work on site and have their own machine shop. My BMW Alpina B3s had a torque converter fault that proved extremely challenging to diagnose and repair - they persevered to solve it over 4 visits spread over a couple of years without quibble and their charges were fair. There are other transmission shops and then there's Stephens - I would not go elsewhere.
