If I could give 0 stars I would. My father was told his appointment was at 1pm in pulmonary physiology services. We drove from Loveland to get to the appoinent. He had 2 appointments back to back in the same department for testing, and one with his pulmonologist directly after that. He checked in at 1245. Asked at 115 what was going on and the receptionist snapped at him that his appointment was at 130. The receptionist was rude and cut hom off repeatedly. She couldnt seem to let hom speak with out cutting him off. so he waited, and waited and at 145 they came to get him. His next appointmeant was supposed to be at 2, they came out to call him at 315!! UNACCEPTABLE! He had his pulmonologist appointment at 330 so he left. He was then sent BACK to pulmonary physiology services to finish the second testing appointment they were an hour and 15 minutes late for. We sat and waited another 45 minutes while all of the employees were steady filing out to go home. Get it together national jewish. I do not reccomend this establishmentt to ANYONE.

Basically impossible to get an appointment after referral from another provider. Claimed that "staffing shortage" was reason they couldn't process insurance information within the two weeks that they had all paperwork on what should have been a routine referral, despite clearly indicated urgency of procedure. Would not trust this joke of a hospital with the most minor of procedures - would in the future drive to another state or even fly to another country if they were the only local option. So glad that we managed to avoid their morass of incompetence when our provider spared us from having to continue with National Jewish, which must be well-known in Colorado for this level of ineptitude.

I have been coming here for nine years and i have had same Dr.Bowler in copd clinic same nurse practioner Jene sederburg nurses Heather, maria,melody other nurses they have ALLWAYS went out of there way to Help me to Breath better feel good L LOVE COPD CLINIC other departments also have been very professional and friendly I love coming here in an Epic way!!! would not trade this hospital for any other thanks every one for making me better!! Happy Newyear!

I was a patient for years at National Jewish South location.Dr Rashid was my Physician. Awesome Physician. He was kind and truly cared about the patient. I always felt taken care of. His Assistants are awesome as well. I would still go to him but my insurance changed so I can not.

Hi David- The cost of a COVID antibody test to members of the public who wish to get tested on their own and visit our testing center is $89. Patients of National Jewish Health who are being tested for COVID in our hospital are billed through insurance.
