gutted! after all the efforts of dress, nails, tan etc my daughter's prom hair was poorly styled even after having been emailed and given a photo of desired style. Even that dropped out within 10 minutes of returning home. Stylist had 2 other clients (being shortstaffed was being discussed in the salon whilst there) and wasn't welcoming and admitted she didn't know how to put the hair half up but would start curling. No crown lift or head full of wavy curls just sporadic ones and an odd joining of the hair from each side by another stylist. Spoilt the prom photos as a result as hair didn't justify the dress - been offered a graduate trainee's blowdry but there's only one prom and wouldn't go back. Was told its not feasible to curl one length hair - this is not the case having done it myself and a professional bridal hair stylist advised its totally possible if you know what you are doing.
Brilliant customer service with all staff being extremely friendly and helpful. The salon has a lovely feel to it. However, my hair colour faded in under a week when I was told it would last 5-6 weeks and my hair and scalp felt strange after it was done.

Yesterday was the second time Id had my hair cut & blow dried at Eden, I was made to feel very welcome & everyone was very friendly & happy. I felt very safe & could see they took great care in cleanliness. Hayley did a fab job with my hair (again) & Ive already booked my next cut with her, I also had a lovely hair wash & treatment with Bex . Merry Christmas to you all

Been three times and all times were absolutely appalling !!! They didnt do what I asked for and some of the times they barely did anything waste of my money and have been to another hairdresser to look at the damage didnt tell them where it was done but as soon as she looked at my hair she asked if it was coloured at home as it was that bad there are streaks of my hair that are blonde in the middle but the bottom and top are brown most of my hair is ginger and I cant get it fixed until June honestly disgusted and very disappointed would never trust with my hair again as they gave completly wrecked it.
