I dropped my truck off on Aug/08/2022 and got the runaround for Month and then I had to say that Im on my way up sep/15/2022 to talk to a manager and then ,I got a call back to tell me what my truck needed and it should should be ready on the 15 of September.

I am a repeat customer of CJDR and they always make me feel important and very nice employees.
I will start this off by saying the staff were very friendly and professional. This review is for the service dept. I set an appointment Monday for Thursday at 11:30. Received call saying the vehicle will be looked at tomorrow (Friday). Get a text Friday saying part was on order and will be in tomorrow (Saturday). Get a text Saturday saying car will be out and ready Monday morning. Don't hear anything so go to the dealer and car still not ready. Say this afternoon (Monday). Receive a text Tuesday morning saying car is ready. Car was fixed properly, staff were friendly but being out a car for 6 days was rough. Missed work, didn't get offered a rental and didn't have my jeep for the weekend. I get we all are busy but don't set an appointment for Thursday at 11:30a and ask if I am waiting for the job to get done (unless they offer some type of lodging I don't know about) and not have it ready and keep moving the goal post til you get it done
