I let it go but eventually I was really bugged by how they conduct business here. Everything here is exactly what happened, you be the judge. Ive used them twice before Id say they were good before. Third time...brought in 4 designs to be printer on shirts. Needed them done in a week and a half on Friday. Was told no issue. Well Friday comes its 4pm no call, nothing. I had to call Josh and get the first of excuse. Oh we didnt start or we did 1 but wont be done. Ok? I needed them for this weekend to do look book photo shoot and product shots for website, for Wednesday release. Josh, the owner, says hell call me back and see if guys will come in on Saturday. I wait two hours to eventually get a text saying he will get me sample shirts to use for photos, ok that works. Saturday comes 3pm no call no text. Once again I have to contact this guy and I get a text saying no DTG printer could do it in the area sorry. My shirts will be done Monday first thing....now I had to reschedule everything for photos and now Im not gonna have location or sunlight I needed to take photos for look book for website and Instagram or have 3 days of marketing on website and social media...since I work during the week. Monday goes by they eventually start my shirts at like.... 3pm. I get updates on progress they eventually are about to finish at 530pm. And Im told hey can you make it right at 6pm I need to be somewhere later wow I wouldnt want to miss up your schedule or plans oh sure Ill be right there at 6pm bud. I get the shirts at 6pm on Monday completely messed up the release that our customer knew date of for months. Being a 3x customer and paying upfront In full and being easy going customer I was given excuses and i think so should be type responses. I dont know about you but I need direct and accountable people as my suppliers. The shirts looked rushed to me and I wasnt happy with final product will be using different screen printers in future not the same as they used to be and if youre not a huge order company I dont think you get the same treatment. Im just stating what happened be mad at yourself bud. I got not form of anything to make it right nor effort to finish them. Just sorry. It woulda been way too much effort to come in for couple hours on Saturday or even communicate properly I guess

This is the first time we have used this company. We ordered 50 company T-shirts, of various sizes, with logos. I must say I was very impressed with the quality of service and product. Vanessa did a great job making sure to cover all the details, including the pantone colors for the logos (that was a first). The quality of the printing was excellent. I have already washed some of the shirts several times and they look brand new. I am super pleased and will definitely use them again. Thanks for the great service!

Extremely satisfied with the professionalism, integrity, honesty and patience of the owner, Josh Miller! I cannot say enough about my experience. I will absolutely take my business there in the future! He sure did make the experience much more enjoyable with his knowledge and the lost are of integrity. I went there with the intention of getting pricing to compare and I left with exactly what I needed without having to waste time shopping around. One stop! Done! Thanks Josh!
