These jokers did work in Rockford and used my company as a subcontractor. They never paid us. Not professional people. They lack integrity.

Lane co. has done work for my personal home and I exclusivly use them for my multifamily property management work of over 400 units. I signed a bid for and HVAC replacement. They cashed the downpayment check and refused to do the work after 100s of phone calls over two months without having heat. They told me several lies about when they will install it, that they had it ready to go, etc. I later found out from a technician that they never even ordered the unit and that the owner Barbara Page filed for bankruptcy earlier in the year. They won't answer or return my calls. BEWARE, don't be the next customer scammed.
