You sign paper work and you can clearly see if you do any PHYSICAL DAMAGE WILL VOID WARRANTY! I was going to exchange till I seen crack screen, you couldn't even get your story straight first you had power outage and then you said started to have issue those issue no problem ill exchange for new tv, But you bring me broken tv and then try and blame me for breaking TV, we test all TV's before leaving store because of issue like this. As for parking people park were they want there is no VIP parking here. wish I could of exchange tv for you sorry you feel that way and have to make up lies about small business because your mistake. I'm always willing to work something out on discount for new TV, you just got mad and left. This not fist time some has broke tv on accident I've always help them out even if I loses money. Awful owner I bought a Samsung tv 65 it started glitching 4 days after he told me to bring a big TV without box I ask him if he was sure and at the end he gave me alot of excuses just to no exchange it this place its a scam they bring tvs from Mexico to sell them some of them are mess up , he was mad that he event block me car

Frank and his colleagues are professionals everything about my PC. We upgraded the parts but the computer wont on after we put on all the parts. With all the nervous, we searched around and couple of different repairing stores, we found Frank is the most reliable man nearby and he didnt ask for crazy high price before he found the problem. After 2-3 hours, when we worried about we wont get our pc today before store closing. Frank called us and addressed the problem. Frank didnt put our problem off, and finally found the the main problem and solved right away. Thanks Frank again for helping us in pandemic time, we afraid to talk and close to people. Frank and his colleagues wear mask all the time and keep the social distancing, the store is clean with couples of warm notice. Dear all the gaming friends, if you live nearby, definitely go find Frank if you encounter PC problem, he will help you with reasonable price and warm service.

I picked up a 65 inch Today for a great price definitely lowest prices around I found the tv I was looking for they opened the box and even turned it on to make sure I was happy with the picture quality! Definitely will be returning back to frank !!!
