Gave them specific direction they didn't follow it then told me it was my fault showed me evidence it was their fault pointed it out to them they continued to tell me it was my fault and then still told me I would have to pay additional money to have the problem fixed. Mispronounced names also and didn't fix that The artist himself was phenomenal and did a great job with the singing and the music,

When an artist completes a song, we can't refund the order in full which is why we do have the revision options and the Song Replacement! Since you did not want to go with that option, we did offer a partial refund of $89 so the artist can keep the remaining $100. A friend got a song for her anniversary from Songfinch and it was so heartfelt and detailed, I thought I'd give it a try. My song came out generic and repetitive. It seemed to be created from a template where they could have input 1 or 2 details and that's it. The song is basically my story read back to me, no rhyme or rhythm at all. Furthermore, I wanted an upbeat rock song and got acoustic pop. Although responsive, customer service refused a refund, despite completely missing the mark on my request. They offered to "try again" for free, but at this point, we are beyond when I needed the song and we have really missed the moment. I got a partial refund, but to be honest, I still feel ripped off.
I have been so happy with my experience with songfinch! Customer support has been excellent and my artist has done a wonderful job! They have worked so hard to get my song just right and I cannot wait to give it as a gift to my boyfriend and see his reaction! My daughter loved the idea so she also had a song made for her boyfriend and was super pleased with hers as well! What a neat gift to give!!! Thank you Nicole (my artist) and everyone at Songfinch!

When you receive your song and you aren't happy with the way it turns out, there are a couple of ways we can get your song to the perfect spot! The first being lyrical revisions. I am not happy! I asked for a R&B song and got a country song. They words are nice, but I hate how it sounds. This was a gift for my mothers birthday and ai refuse her o give it to her.
