I said I would take full responsibility of this issue if it was my fault. I took pics of the paint that bubbled on the garage door and showed them to a very reputable paint specialist. They told me that the door was not prepped properly before it was painted. They also told me that they may not of used the proper paint for the application. I have washed over 200 homes and this was the only time this has ever happened. I dont use high pressure when washing your home. We use very low pressure. (Softwash) I washed the sidewalks and the house for this customer. Then I washed the driveway and deck for free.

Company does not backup their work. Garage door was fine before he power washed my house. Now it is blistering and peeling and looks terrible. Company blames me for improper painting and will not take responsibility for causing the problem. Now I have to get it repainted. It was just repainted 2 years ago.

First Class did an amazing job!!! My house looks beautiful and my deck looks brand new again!!! Customer satisfaction is extremely important to them and it definitely shows in every aspect of service they provide. I highly recommend Mike and his crew!!!

Very friendly, did an amazing job on short notice. Cleaned my entire house and two decks as well as my driveway and sidewalks. Fantastic outcome and the wash exceeded my expectations! Looks like a brand new home and decks. Highly recommend. Price was right!
