I purchased this Versace baroque crossbody purse. After the first rain the whole print got damaged. A couple of months later the zipper got completely jammed and is no longer usable. I tried to return or replace and of course, they couldn't do anything. Total waste of money!
Customer service here are very annoying! I walked into the store, I was first asked if I needed any help, You need to give the walk-in customer more time to at least browse around the store . They do not like it when you touch the nicely folded clothes . I touched a shirt and then was asked if I needed help finding a shirt size . I do not need another person to do that for me. Why can I not touch and feel in peace? I was upset With 2 customer service employees wearing loop crossing earrings because I was constantly being followed. I am trying to Think what to match for the night And Ya mannequins looking shirt fixing messed up my Fcking vibe. I do not need anybodys opinion or help. I made no eye contact or requested for help please do not approach so much that is how you drive customers out the door.
This STORE DISCRIMINATE JUST BY BROWSING AT THE NEW ITEMS / there is and associate that used to work at the Guess store at ingram mall !! He should have stay there. He gives bad KARMA TO THE RETAIL
