They said they took walk-ins, so I walked in with my son. They saw us come in and sit down. After awhile we decided to leave. Only then did the youngest of the three barbers in a smart aleck tone say I guess you noticed were too busy to cut your hair. I said should we come back later. He said unless you make an appointment we probably wont be able to...ever. First, dont say you take walk-ins if you dont have time, and second if you have a walk in and know you dont have time then tell them when they come in instead of making them sit and wait and then figure out nobodys going to talk to you. RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL. The next barbers I went to were busy too, but they were at least professional and accommodating.

I originally made an appointment online. Got there a but early and was told I would have to see a different barber. I had never been here before so I really wanted the owner. Maybe it worked out best to get Eddie. He was very polite and did a great job. His tip reflected my satisfaction. I will be back but I will want Eddie. I would have given more stars for Eddie but the ranking is for the business andI really feel that if I make an appointment that it should be kept, especially on the first one.

The guys are awesome, make you feel at home as soon as you come in. My son and I both get cuts here and they always exceed our expectations.
