I know you spoke with one of our representatives yesterday and have decided to cancel your order for a full refund. As mentioned to you yesterday we were waiting for the other half of your order to come in so that we could ship out the entire order together. Even though the items were all ordered at the same time, some items take longer to come in than others which is out of our control. Please know that you do matter to us and your sons grades are of extreme importance as we too have children and know how important it is and how for a straight A student to have points deducted for something that is out of his control is completely frustrating. We would gladly talk to your sons teacher or email the teacher to let them know that this is not your fault and that we are doing our best to get these uniforms replaced as soon as possible. If it helps, we can ship out what is in and then on a separate shipment we can send out what is left. That is if you wish to change your mind on the full refund. Please advise. If I could give this business negative 5 stars I would. I ordered scrubs for my son for his JTED healthcare class over a month ago. They had sample sizes he tried on at school so we ordered the size that fit and unfortunately they were not the same so I had to pay an additional $12.00 return fee to exchange them for a smaller size. I was advised via email that they would not send out the exchange until they received the return no problem. I requested a tracking number for my return and was sent confirmation from the post office that my return was received. I tried contacting them via phone with no answer multiple times I emailed several times back and forth with delayed responses and every time the tone of the email I would receive was annoyed and without any concern that my package that is fully paid for has not been sent out. I follow up every week and the last 3 weeks in writing I get a response with it should or is expected to go out this week and to wait for the tracking information. Here we are 9/26/22 my original order placed in August the confirmation of the return being received 9/3/22 and still nothing. I finally get a hold of a male on the phone who I request a refund to be told that I will be charged a fee for a return when Ive already been charged an additional $12.00 and now Im going to get charged more. He agrees to issue a full refund for the purchase but not the $12.00 for the exchange. 5-7 days to get issued anything. To top it off I ask if I can at least be given an explanation on why this did not get processed or fulfilled and he stated that they are on back order and have no control over that. I explained that that is even more frustrating because at the very least they could have been honest and said that the items were on back order instead of lying and saying they are expected to get sent out for the last 3 weeks. Extremely disappointing, dissatisfied and frustrated. I may not matter as a client to them but my son who matters to me is the one that has continued to wait for his fully paid scrubs with no resolve. I would never recommend or ever do business with this company again. Please train your staff to have more customer service skills and to at least try and care about your customer. I would have rather been told 4 weeks ago that the items were back ordered than be lied to in an email each week.
