You may need to edit your first sentence as you have never been our client. It's a blatant lie to write "you've worked with". On the other hand you could have said you've tried to reach. We thank you again for your interest but since 2017, we have not been taking new clients. We have no plans of expanding our client base except for referrals from our highly esteemed current clients.
