i was just checking out the website and im sorry to say that this is a scam, they dont tell you anything about what your getting and leave everything to your imagination, please fix your website at least and i feel like 90% of these reviews cant be real unless your in-store is a completely different experience which im doubtful of, hopefully you guys make a change to your website at least

Liam was great with building my PC. Walked through everything with me as I'm more for understanding software rather than hardware. I've learned quite a bit from his explanations. Stay sharp on the Beat Saber! Edit: June 2020 I had some issues with my PC that were a bit tricky to figure out, but Liam went above and beyond to resolve them, especially since current events make RMAs a bit of a hassle. It's been around a month now with the PC showing zero issues and has been more stable than ever. Dauntless, Liam's a major asset and he does his best! I wanted to include this update as to ensure how top tier their customer service is.

This place was super great, didn't cost much, and the pc is beautiful and runs like a pro. However there are a few problems, one of the RAM cards I got with the PC were faulty and caused the PC to go into an infinite boot loop. I got help finding the problem, but after that I was told I was pretty much on my own. Customer service here is unsatisfactory, they spent most of the time avoiding the problem and lying saying that Avexir will email me about the RAM (I never got that email.) After confronting them and telling them I hadn't received any contact from Avexir, I was ignored completeltly. I even waited 2 months to write this review, so they had a chance to correct their mistakes, however that has not happened.
