This place has the worst customer service!!!! I simply called to check the status of an order I placed over a week and a half ago. A women named Cindy answered the phone so unprofessionally even rudely snapping, almost yelling, at me to give her the name on my order. She is also extremely rude in person. I patronized this business because their work is pretty good, even recommending their work to other businesses, but on several occasions I have had to deal with extremely dissatisfying customer service at this establishment.

I have used this company MULTIPLE times for various school related events and have ALWAYS been very impressed with the work they do, the timeliness of work being completed and their customer service! Their prices are great as well!!!

Great service. Very communicative via text, email, or phone conversations. Extremely good with working with customers hectic schedules. Ive had 3 sticker designs, a 5x8 banner, and shirts from them and all turned out perfect. Very reasonably priced in a market that can be dominated by the online world.
