My experience felt like I was sitting at a jail waiting to bond out " MY " vehicle. I paid $150 only for the mechanic to lie to the advisor to say what work I needed done. The mechanic said both of my lower control arms needed to be changed, my timing was bad, sensors needed to be changed, and eat. I looked at the advisor and laughed, " Did I not tell you I changed everything already, I had the entire front end redone, and the timing was done all a few months ago?" They serviced this gentleman's rear brakes, he return with the same issue, and asked him to pay $1,200 for an error they refused to fix when he purchased the vehicle from them.; he just purchased a $40k truck from them 5mths ago. Do not go there for service, I promise you will regret it, or your wallet will. I called them back, told them what happened, and three days later they called to buy my vehicle. Find me on YouTube and you will see who I AM.
A deal breaker for me would be a complete lack of communication. I was considering this dealership to purchase another vehicle, however, I will be going elsewhere.

We were on the road with our Ford truck and camper when the engine light came on. We pulled in to see if someone could take 5 minutes to read the engine code. They said no, it would take 3 weeks to do that and send us away. Thanks for the good Samaritan unfriendly help. We just wanted to know what we were facing. Took it to the Toyota dealer down the road and they read the codes and would try to get us in the next day but we decided to limp home.
