Hello Tyler, First I want to thank you for renewing your lease with us for another year. You submitted your request on the 5th of December and we have an invoice where the job was repaired on the 6th of December. I don't understand where this 5 weeks without heat is coming from. Unfortunately, we can't schedule appointments for you with our vendors, seeing how we don't know your schedule and we want to make sure they coordinate with you and your availability. As for our commutation, we try and communicate with you the most important steps of the work order process. Not every detailed needs to be disclosed. Every time you call, we are more than welcomed to answer your questions. We appreciate the feedback!

Absolutely 0 communication or care for their customers. Even when they promise to make attempted to do better they do not follow up. I went without Heating and Air Confitioning for over 5 weeks regardless of how many messages I sent or times I've phoned in. Yes- it was eventually fixed, but even when they finally paid someone to fix it- there was 0 communication with me in order to schedule a repair. The most infuriating part, in my mind, is the price of repair was $500 (the HVAC technician told me this). I went more than 5 weeks because this company cannot communicate/expense a $500 part for my rental property that I pay nearly 1.1k/month for (A killer deal for them, considering the condition of the property). This is not my only issue I've had with this company, but it's the one that agitated me enough to finally make a review on them. I'd never want to have to get an attorney for tennant protection- this company has made me consider getting one on several occasions. I URGE Ameropan Realty to get their communication under control- because it's awfully unprofessional how they treat their tenants and the properties that they were entrusted with. EDIT: "You submitted your request on the 5th of December and we have an invoice where the job was repaired on the 6th of December. I don't understand where this 5 weeks without heat is coming from." You got one part of that correct, I did submit the request on the 5th- and a technician did come out on the 6th to give me a temporary repair that lasted 2 hours- which you were informed on the on the 9th, since you are closed on weekends- but that request was canceled by you and IGNORED until the 23rd when I brought it back up, and you send a different technician- who I was told would update you on the situation. No call backs. I understand you close out "duplicate" requests.. but there is no way to add/update information to existing ones. It IRKS me that you choose to IGNORE the new one. You finally had the issues resolved 5 weeks later- when Marcus (your vendor) went to the unit on 1/15/2020 (he called me at 1pm to say hed be there in "30 minutes") to fix the issue. You closed the maintenance record on 1/17/2020. This happened after I called your office on 3 occasions. Since you don't want to believe this yourselves, I've posted the photos of our maintenance records from my tenant login.
If I could give a negative star it would def be a -100.. A company that runs multiple properties should never treat the people who rent or buy as if they are expendable. You and youre office staff have a job because of people who thought you were a good company. It's sad I'm not the only one to have had a bad experience
