Worst Experiences ever! We paid for giftcards they never charged with money. Stay away if you dont want them to steel your money! To Owners answer, I can not contact you if you dont give me direct contact information to you. At the store it was the highest manager in charge that both sold us the card, because no one else knew how to to it, and it was the same manager that then claim it was empty when our son came to use it two weeks later! Because the same problem the cashier didnt know how to use a gift card. The manager m was very rude and nasty!

On the first floor you will find many different brands from Crayola to Marvin's Magic. On the first floor we have the Café, books, arts & Crafts, games, puzzle and much much more. On the second floor we have Lego, Playmobil, RC Cars, out-door activities, Barbie, Dolls, action figures and much more.

So the new and only ToysRUs at the American Dream mall is barely a shadow if its previous self. Very cheaply made toys that are like Walmart generic brand. New York Doll instead of American Girl dolls. Small lego section. No bikes. No barbie collection. No RC cars or drones. No model kits. What a let down.

This place is very vibrant. The colors are incredible! Perfect place for family, children, and even retro grandparents. They have everything from Super Mario to Bears and the yes the bear collection is very impressive. If more Toys R Us stores looked like this it could Make a major comeback across the United States. The Mall is huge and a great place to hang out. Make sure you get a good parking space.

Yesterday, January 17, I had a bad experience in this store. I made a purchase with my daughter. She excitedly chose 6 toys and a small purple backpack. Then we went to pay. The cashier was an Indian lady. I put all the things on the table. She passed by and told me it's $99 dollars ok I paid with my card I took the receipt and she handed over the bag and we went straight home when we arrived my excited girl took everything out of the bag when I was surprised that they only had 4 toys then I took the I receive and check and if they charge me for the 7 things I am annoyed by the abuse they take with people, gentlemen, do not leave that store without reviewing your purchase I do not plan to buy this store again this was in the mall of América DreamI did not return at that time to claim because I was distanced and I had to take an uber
