The program still has a very long way to go: 1. Option to automatically deduct lunch breaks is a big one. With over 70 employees, I have to manually add the 30 min break on each and every one so that my reports are accurate. Huge waste of money and biggest downside of the program. 2. There should be the ability for employees to clock in before their scheduled shift and have their timesheet automatically bump it to their scheduled start time. Right now employees (if they are 10 mins early) have to remember to keep checking their clock so they clock in on time. It's either that or again I have to manually adjust each time record. 3. It would also be nice to have an extra level of user. A manager can see all information including wages. It would be great to have a supervisor level so that supervisors can see schedules, timesheets, make changes, etc but not be able to see confidential wage information. 4. All settings are applied to all staff members but not all staff members are in the same department so they have different payroll requirements - example: office staff overtime is over 44 hours, but service department is anything over 8 hours per day. Right now we can't use the overtime or double time settings because they create inaccurate reports. 5. Announcements - great to have it and it works well but there is no option for formatting so announcements look very unprofessional. You can't even separate paragraphs. I spend 3+ hours per week manually adjusting timesheets due to the restrictions within the program. Very inefficient and expensive.

The app is wonderful only issue is Helgi do not answer my calls or emails. I have asked to be contacted by phone to set up my 6 months payment but no one has reached out. I would hate to change companies. If I can not get in contact with any one before 10/16 I will have no other choice. I do like the app I wish it was a way for me to put the rates for each facility and each title. I look forward to doing long term business if I can get a call. Helgi and Pacheco was on the job back in April. Not sure whats going on plus I have sent multiple businesses that is active with sling now. Thanks for helping my business get more organized.

Sling is a phenomenal product that changed our staff scheduling 100%. We went from using spreadsheets to having visibility to hourly staffing levels in various positions. It's extremely user friendly and easy to adapt to your needs. Fabulous product!

1) I would like for the mobile app be consistent with the laptop app. For instance, in order to know how many teammates are scheduled on a certain day, I need to scroll and count each scheduled teammate. Further, I would like to be able to have the team mark 'available' when they are available to pick up a certain day. Not marking a day as 'unavailable' does not necessarily indicate that they want to pick up a day.
