Just to confirm I did offer to come back the next day after you addressed your concerns and you didn't answer til the next day and said you didn't want us to come it was fine you had other work being done in the home. I ALWAYS offer us to come back and fix what we missed. I don't want your review to be miss leading that we weren't going to fix what you were not happy about. But I'm sorry you didn't have the experience you thought I wish you would have let us fix it the next day Like I asked you. But thanks for the feedback and the review! You have a great day!

We hired them for a deep clean of our house before we moved in. A lot of spots were missed that we then had to go back and clean ourselves. They did an okay job in the spots that got cleaned. But, like I said, a lot was missed (cupboards, vacuuming, shower, etc.). I did notify the owner of the company about what happened, but I never heard back after a few messages back and forth. Its a bummer that we pre-paid. If you hire the company, maybe dont pre-pay.

I used Sweet Solutions for a move in and move out cleaning. I was very happy with the work they did and how professional they were to work with. The prices are fair and competitive, and they were so easy to work with when scheduling multiple cleaning services at 2 different locations. Highly recommend.

I've used this company twice now. Once for a deep clean and once for a standard clean. They do a wonderful job. We have had some scheduling issues, but some was my fault and some was miscommunication on all parts, but they were very nice about it and rescheduled. I will continue to set up cleaning appointments with them!

Ami and Ana did a fabulous job doing a deep clean on a house I just purchased. They were meticulous and treated my home with care. Very friendly and professional. They worked very hard to get the job done. It took over 11 hrs to get my house move in ready and never complained. Took 4 10 minute breaks the whole time they were here. Highly recommend Sweets for all your cleaning needs!
