overrated and overpriced garage took my Corsa 2011 there with two problems(coolant and cat convertor)and they charged me 500 for that. After few days found exactly same problems and went back to them, this time told me to go to main dealer and they can not help me. I found local garage and sort it out with small fee compare to them and he assured me the parts they changed was not related to problem and showed me the problem. Town garage charged me 5oo without even showing me faulty parts and then send me to dealer for same problems !!!!!!! they call themselves mechanic but all they do is changing parts even not related to the main issue..!!!! very disappointed and currently seeking advice....
Took 4 old tyres to be swapped over onto another set of wheels as the originals were too rusty to be used. Told them at the time that the inner tubes might also need replacing. Was told that the labour would be equivalent to a puncture repair at 15 a wheel which I thought was reasonable so I took them in. Had a call from them as one of the inner tubes needed a patch due to rust on the rim - fair enough, charged me extra to repair the puncture but I didn't consider that worth mentioning as I'd assumed that meant the other 3 tubes were fine. I picked up the wheels and all seemed fine. Next day put them on my car and noticed they hadn't been balanced, and 3 are flat by the end of the day. I called up today to ask for my money back and got told that I'd have to pay for the labour again on top of the cost of new tubes. They blamed the flats on the old tubes which I had made them aware from the beginning might need replacing, assuming that was all I needed to say to get them to check the condition of them. At this point they hung up on me. I was more than aware, given the age of the tyres (20+ years old), that the tubes were likely not serviceable and told them this when I booked them in. But instead of checking the condition of them while the tyres were off, I'm now stuck paying for the labour again. Perfectly pleasant and friendly when first dealing with them, but the moment something goes wrong you can forget about getting any customer service.
