They are really on top of things. Last summer they had a project where they beautified our company's property - they did some work on the parking lot, planted bushes, worked on the parking stalls, cleaned out the dumpster area... they really made it look a lot better. They are proactive about things like that.

I'm leasing a business office through KCM and they do an excellent job. The property managers are great and are very nice people. Every so often I need repairs and they do it very promptly. I have no complaints, I recommend them.
