We recently had occasion to contact Juwel and were most impressed with the friendliness and specialist knowledge of the Scottish gentleman. So nice and refreshing to have our belief in human nature refreshed.
I have a Trigon 190 and it is 2 years old. Today the lighting unit failed... Juwels reply "Buy a new one". I think not, but thanks for your sagely wisdom. In essence what they are saying is that your lucky if your lights live longer than the warranty period. Expensive aquariums with terrible customer service and even worse support. I have many Tetra items and while they are less expensive their customer support is amazing. They are understanding and thorough and really care about getting the to bottom of a problem. Juwel just want to take your money then hope your stupid enough to spend more of your hard earned money on replacement parts.
