Mr. Blackwell we are not nor every have been a mobile home company, but yes, we transport our modules on special carriers to almost 32 states and now to Canada. Our units are so well built that we once had one turn upside down in the mountains in transit, When we picked it up right, the only damage was to some window trim, everything else was intact, with no damage. The homeowner was so excited he took pictures and sent to his friends bragging on how well his house was built.

You cant take 50 + MOBILE HOME, AND YES IF IT LEAVES A CO. ON A TRAILER THEN ITS A MOBILE HOME! Around a hair bend curve and you can hear the glass break and wood burst, well you get what you pay for and trust me you can have one built on site and not have to worry bout the trouble

Update: The last 12 months have been very frustrating for us at Blue Ridge Log Cabins. The availability of certain components of our cabins has been unreliable due to our vendors supply chain. Most building component manufacturers, i.e., windows, doors, cabinets, appliances, etc. have operated on reduced schedules due to Covid restrictions. Combine that with the increased demand in construction materials has lead times extended and unpredictable. However, we have committed ourselves to completing our scope of work to under 180 days from delivery. This project was completed in approximately 5 months. Certain aspects of any project are the General Contractors responsibility, i.e., staining, electrical and water hookup. These are unprecedented times in the home construction industry, and we hope you will enjoy many happy years in your new log home. Fraud!!! Beware! They charged our bank for delivery of the full cabin months ago, but once we were able to get in and inspect, there are no windows, doors, flooring or appliances, and they repeatedly lie about when we will get these items. They told us our cabin was complete in August to maintain the illusion of the timelines they promise online and in person and it was a frank lie. They've further done nothing to communicate real timelines and only claim that the rest of the cabin is coming in a few weeks, probably just to get us to go away for awhile. Going through BRLC for our home construction has been truly horrible and if I could take it back I would. Protect yourself, your finances and your sanity and stay far away from BRLC. Update March 2021- 5 months after delivering a shell that they claimed was a complete cabin to defraud us and the bank of full payment- still not complete and still no clear timeline to complete.

My new wife and I live in Florida and had just begun to shop for a summer cabin in the mountains. The first company we visited was Blue Ridge and we may have found our builder already! We had spotted their sales office and display models from the highway on past trips and stopped in and met Nelson McDaniel. As our adviser and guide he was very helpful and knowledgeable about their process of off-site manufacturing and was able to answer our questions very clearly. The quality of construction looked exceptional and the models impressive as well. Having a company provide our custom home as a turnkey in just a few months is a dream come true, particularly since we live out of state.

My moms experience with Blue Ridge Log Cabins CAUTION to anyone considering doing business with them, The sales staff is wonderful BUT once youre house is placed be absolutely certain you have Everything you were promised before you pay them a dime! They will requesting their final payment before that crane leaves your property but more than likely you will have an incomplete product. Their claims of quality control at their plant and their claims that they deliver a complete product is 100% false! My cabin was dropped in September and Im still fighting with them to finish what they started. Their finishing crew And their upper management do not respond to calls or emails and once they have your money you stop being a customer in their eyes. Worst customer service I have ever experienced !! Praying it will be worth it in the end but doubtful!
