Went into the store and browsed for a minute. After I made my selection, I proceeded to the counter where, who come to find out, the VP of the company was arguing with and belittling the manager who was there. I asked if I could get some help and the manager immediately turned to me to help me, but the other man (again, the VP of the company) was still trying to argue. He also told me that I could take my business elsewhere. Other than this man being extremely unprofessional and rude, this store, and the manager, is awesome. Its sad to see someone who is supposed to care about their customers be so nasty and even tell a customer to go to another place of business. That is not how a VP should be acting, no matter what the situation is. Highly reccomend a new person be put in place.
