Lane Enterprises holds their employees to the highest standards. Unfortunately when they employ so many people who make such foolish mistakes it hard to please everyone. I think they are way better than their Brends competition ever was and that shows with Lane's purchase of those stores.
Saw your "no mask required" sign at one of your locations. You get 5 stars for that alone! Should have done that 14 months ago and not shut down at all, but at least you've got the right idea now.
After watching management change and fail along with customer service decline to an all time low for your location at central and hillside, I can now say that I'm actually afraid for my life to go in. Because I complained that in my happy meal I only received a TOTAL of 4 fries, I was told that I should "appreciate what you've been given before bad things happen " Hopefully this kind of issue can be resolved before any innocent get hurt
