DO NOT GET YOUR HAIR DONE HERE! I will give it a zero if I could! this not my first time here! (Skip the first paragraph if you want to hear about my current visit to this place!) More than a year ago, I went to get all my hair colour the same shade of brown, however after a one wash the colour faded away and started revealing all the red in my hair again! I complained to her but she convinced me it was my fault .She made me feel bad about not paying because she had a family to support so I paid her 20 on top of the original price I paid for my hair, to correct my hair again.. I was naive to not understand how these unprofessional hairdresser can scam you into more money by doing your hair bad with worse products so you can come back and redo it so they will make more money! Well.. Like a fool, I currently decided to go to get ash blond highlights! It was on Saturday at 11.30am, But I got 15 minutes late but I called before hand to let her know. When i arrived there was a girl sat there from 10am to get her hair done! Nevertheless, she sat me down and started prepping my hair for highlights and put a cap on my head (this was my first experience with highlight cap) and it covered my eyes! I sat there for 20 minutes confused about where she went because I coudn't see and didnt know if i could move the cap from my hair! Anyways, after her bleaching and toning my hair, I did not leave the place until 4.30pm! Because she is the only person working, plus she is store manager and has her daughter working with her but she is too young to do anything or not qualified enough to help (I dont think its legal for kids to work)! She was overbooked! That in-between doing my hair and the poor girl next to me! The manager kept wondering off to wax, thread and even cut other people hair. By the time she finished my hair, it didnt look the worst because the lights in the room were too dim to notice the colour! At that point I was exhausted from being sat there all that time that I paid her 60 pound (short hair) and left! Ps. the girl next to me was still sat there not finished, she was only getting dip dye/ombre effect! When I got home I examined my hair and the highlights were all over the place and too thick! (I did complain about this when I was at the salon but she told me after few washes it will blend in!) After 1st wash, I noticed my hair turning into a orange bleached colour as if the toner was fading and the highlights looked more patchy and by the 2nd wash my hair highlights turned a complete different shade of orange! Nowhere near the hair colour she told me it will be.. I was so embarrassed, hated my hair and tried hiding it my putting it in a pony! I decided to call her but it wasnt her on the phone, it was her young unprofessional daughter that doesnt know what to say, so she told me to come in! I went back to the salon few days later. Explained what has happened to my hair and that I will not pay extra for her to fix my hair because it is unfair! She agreed and told me she will sort it out... then she started getting her daughter to wet my hair whilst she mixes the colours! While she was doing this, I was trying ask her what colour and what she going to do but she didnt answer and started randomly asking me why would you come back when I explained to you in the consultation that your hair will not go ash blond however, in the consultation she showed the closest shade of ash blond she will be able to do (it definitely wasnt yellow/orange). I tried to explain to her but she was really rude and start over speaking me and started to comment on my hair, that my hair is stubborn, damaged, etc! Then she started to touch my hair in a rough and rude manner to explain that I should atleast pay her for helping me by redoing my hair (That she ruined). I had enough at that point told she very unprofessional, rude! I will never pay a dime at this place! This was by far the worse experience, she has no customer skills, no respect, no manner and no skills whatsoever!
